The HAWKS have arrested two security guards, aged 37 and 24, in Cape Town on a charge of theft.
Western Cape HAWKS spokesperson, Zinzi Hani, says it is alleged that the security personnel attached to G4S were directly linked to the theft of an undisclosed amount of money that was
stolen whilst servicing an ATM in Atlantis City Mall last month.
The Hawks conducted a search of one of the suspects at his workplace in Milnerton.
An undisclosed amount of cash was found concealed in his bullet proof gear in an armoured vehicle that he was driving.
His accomplice was arrested the same day at his home.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Atlantis Magistrate's court"https://scontent-jnb1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-0/p526x296/119649052_3541313882587637_8717450748984232417_n.jpg?_nc_cat=109&_nc_sid=110474&_nc_ohc=IM01aK3asboAX-zZ7z8&_nc_oc=AQmWHTw0OiQ6dsXKbdSYq054aEtTaPoIG4pjgn14nWkCU5mPNQP9ZqbgUtNMv8o3FzQ&_nc_ht=scontent-jnb1-1.xx&tp=6&oh=74376f45642f020879591269771b3bf3&oe=5F86ECF8"
