The Western Cape has recorded an additional 30 Covid-19 related deaths in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll for the province to three thousand-and-70.
Premier Alan Winde says more than 80-thousand people have recovered from the disease, which is a recovery rate of over 80 percent.
Currently one thousand 311
people are in hospital and 279 are in ICU or high care.
