Western Cape premier Alan Winde says the province now has more than 11 thousand 800 confirmed covid cases.
An additional 24 COVID 19 deaths were recorded yesterday, bringing the total number of fatalities from the virus in the province to 235.
Winde has reiterated that the only way to keep the growth
of infections below the curve, is to wear masks, to maintain social distancing, and practise hand sanitising and good hygiene.
Winde says its especially important now that the economy is being opened up otherwise the medical systems that have been put in place will not be able to cope with the rate of infections."https://scontent-jnb1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-0/p526x296/99123269_3195215047197524_6127711282373066752_n.jpg?_nc_cat=100&_nc_sid=8024bb&_nc_ohc=Tb6w7dC4dNcAX-SzJJF&_nc_ht=scontent-jnb1-1.xx&_nc_tp=6&oh=ec446353927c1be6f56e711a4b5c29ce&oe=5EEDEE93"
