A cyclist drove into a vehicle on corner Anton Van Wouw & Sydney Carter Str, Roosevelt Park (no serious injures).
The cyclist was drunk & attempted to flee from the scene but got booted back to the ground by the driver
of the vehicle! One of our REACTION OFFICERS responded to the accident & the cyclist kept on trying to flee.
