A second suspect has been arrested after a 43-year-old man from Ukraine was stabbed to death while hiking on Chapman's Peak in Cape Town over the past weekend.

The 24-year-old suspect was arrested this morning at Hout Bay harbour.

The first suspect


was arrested by neighbourhood watch members on the day of the incident.

He was found carrying the victim's possessions.

The second suspect is due to appear in court on Friday.

The stabbing comes as the spotlight falls on the safety of visitors at the Table Mountain National Park.

At least 14 people have been attacked on Table Mountain since January this year.
