Isipingo delivery vehicle robbers strike again - Another victim bites the dust Yet another victim fell prey to robbers in Isipingo today when his vehicle was broken into on Phila Ndwandwe Road (Old Main Road) and a spare tyre, tools and about R600 worth of consumable stock was stolen.
The
victim said he was parked on a busy spot in Isipingo where there were people around but they claimed no one saw the crime.
The victim said no one intervened as he was inside a store at the time the robbery unfolded.
The unknown number of suspects broke the lock off the victim's bakkie and stole the items.
He said he will now have to inform his loyal customers that he cannot deliver stock to the Isipingo CBD area as it is high risk and he fears for his life.
The victim said he was also a victim of crime a few months back at his Isipingo residence where items were stolen from his yard.
The suspect was seen and
when the victim attempted to report the matter to police and open a case, he was offered no assistance.
