Building a capable state, growing the economy and creating jobs are among the issues discussed at the Cabinet Lekgotla underway at the Presidential Guest house in Pretoria. The meeting brings together ministers and their deputies, as well as premiers and
top government officials to assess the implementation of government's programmes. President Cyril Ramaphosa and his deputy David Mabuza are chairing the three day meeting. Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu says the meeting will also breathe life into the governing party's election manifesto, including an action plan to create 250 thousand jobs in 2019.
