The bail application of three men accused of murdering Cape Town advocate Pete Mihalik has been postponed in the Cape Town Magistrate's court to next month. Two of the accused, Sizwe Sinzokohle Biyela and Nkosinathi Khumalo, from KwaZulu-Natal and a


third suspect, Vuyile Maliti of Khayelitsha, are facing charges of murder and the illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition. They were apprehended shortly after Mihalik was assasinated outside a Green Point school while dropping off his children in October last year. Mihalik's son was wounded in the shooting but his daughter escaped unharmed. Their bail application is set to continue on the 24th of June.
