New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, has described a shooting incident in Christchurch - which killed 40 people and left at least 20 seriously injured - as a terrorist attack. Witnesses say a man - dressed in a military-style, camouflage
outfit and carrying an automatic rifle - randomly shot at people in the Al Noor mosque. Police say three men and one woman are in custody, but have warned that more suspects may be at large. A number of explosive devices attached to vehicles have also been diffused. This woman driving near the mosque stopped to help people wounded in the attack: "The guy I was helping was trying to ring his wife and I managed to get it
and say to her your husband's been shot inside the mosque but don't come here, go to a hospital and look for him. I kept talking to him and telling him that she was at the hospital waiting. I am 66 and never thought in my life I had to see something like this. Not in New Zealand."
