President Cyril Ramaphosa has dismissed claims that he is reviving former anti-graft unit, the Scorpions. Ramaphosa announced in his state of the nation address last week that a new unit will be located within the NPA to focus on
combating corruption. Shock revelations have emerged in recent months at various inquiries, including the state Capture Commission, about corruption in the State as well as in private enterprises. Ramaphosa was in Ethiopia where he attended an AU heads of state summit in Addis Ababa.
