Big Concerts International has announced that the upcoming South African performances of American jazz and R&B legend, RANDY CRAWFORD, have been cancelled. The organisers say the 66 year-old Crawford from Georgia has suffered a medical setback and will not bring
her Farewell Tour to the country next month. Big Concerts has wished her a speedy recovery and expressed the hope that Crawford can return to the stage soon. The songstress, known for the soul classics "One Day I'll Fly Away" and "You Might Need Somebody", was scheduled to sing in Cape Town and Pretoria at the end of October, prior to her retirement.
