A group of international tourists have been rescued after their inflatable boat capsized in the Knysna heads in the Southern Cape. A spokesperson for the National Sea Rescue Institute, Craig Lambinon says restaurant staff at the East Head Cafe witnessed the incident and raised the alarm. A rescue crew was on the scene within seven minutes. He says all 11 people, six from the Netherlands and four from Germany, were brought safely to

shore. Only two, a Dutch married couple, were treated for non-fatal drowning symptoms. The casualty boat has not been recovered and remains in rough waters at the Western side of the Heads.
