Drive-By Shooting: Tongaat - KZN The driver of a red Audi was killed in a drive-by shooting on Gopalall Hurbans Road in the vicinity of Walter Reid Road, Tongaat - KZN this morning (Monday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were on patrol in the area at approximately
07:37 when they discovered the bullet riddled vehicle.
The Tongaat SAPS were in attendance.
It was established that the driver of the vehicle was killed after the occupants of an unknown vehicle opened fire on him.
The deceased is believed to be a taxi owner however this could not be immediately confirmed.
A case of murder is being investigated.
