In a concerted effort to strengthen community relations, members of the South African Police Service (SAPS) have gathered at Doringkloof Village Market in Centurion today, 09 August 2022 to interact with community members.
The SAPS members were joined by representatives of Emergency Management Services (EMS), Tracker, Community Policing Forum
(CPF), the local neighbourhood watch and various security companies.
Participation by SAPS members in community-driven programmes aims to create lasting relationships and foster an environment that welcomes open dialogue, mutual understanding and sharing of information in the fight against crime.
Community members were delighted to meet SAPS members from the Provincial Head Office, Gauteng Highway Patrol as well as Search and Rescue team.
