Stage 4: 22:00 until 00:00 The City has been building reserves as a contingency measure to reduce the impact of load-shedding, but customers are asked to reduce usage to ensure we have reserves to continue the protection.
Note
Eskom's load-shedding typically causes power faults due to secondary tripping.
Switch off appliances prior to load-shedding to reduce the risk of damage and secondary tripping.
