Eskom's load-shedding Stage 2 is active until 00:00 tonight.

Stage 0 (no load-shedding): 19:00 until 22:00
Stage 2: 22:00 until 00:00 Updates to follow if required.
The City continues to protect its customers as far as possible.
Eskom's situation remains critical and higher load-shedding
stages could be implemented at short notice.
Note
Eskom's load-shedding typically causes power faults due to nuisance tripping and increased service requests.
Please wait at least 30 minutes before logging a service request alerting the City that the power in your area has not come back after load-shedding.
Sometimes, the issue is already being resolved.
City teams will do their best to attend to any outages as soon as possible.
