Positive Arrest
Robbery & Assault At 12h14 our Tactical reaction team members received information regarding a suspicious vehicle involved in a street robbery and an Assault case with Grievous Bodily Harm in Pinelands.
Information provided, confirmed that the suspicious vehicle was currently operating in the Brackenfell CBD area.
Our Tactical Team alerted our
unmarked Tactical vehicle and an aggressive search started.
With the assistance of Mr.
Landry from Landry securitas, the suspicious vehicle was positively identified on Old Paarl road making way towards Bellville.
Both teams were on the trail of the mentioned vehicle while in contact with Metro Police for assistance to pull the vehicle over.
Metro Police joined in shortly after whereby the vehicle was pulled over and a successful arrest was made.
