JOHANNESBURG SOUTH - Car crashes into pole, leaving 2 dead and three injured....
Last night, two people were killed and three injured when a light motor vehicle crashed into a light pole on the N12 in Johannesburg South. ER24 and the City of Johannesburg EMS arrived at 19h00 to find a light motor vehicle smashed against a light pole. On closer inspection, medics
found a man and a woman lying trapped in the front of the car.
Unfortunately, both patients had already succumbed to their numerous injuries.
Nothing could be done for them, and they were declared dead. Two other women and a baby were tended to on the scene.
One woman was in a critical condition, while the other woman and baby girl had sustained moderate injuries. Medics treated the patients and provided the critically injured woman with advanced life support before they were transported to a nearby hospital for further care. Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
