IRS INVESTIGATES FAKE ATTORNEY FOR R4,5 MILLION FRAUD: Jacobus Frederik Enslin, also known as "Dr" Fred Enslin, who claims to have multiple degrees, masters degrees, doctorates in law, and claims to be a lawyer; has been outed as being a complete fraud.
His degrees, as confirmed by the respective universities, are
fabricated.
Enslin used these phoney degrees to convince people that he is a legal expert and proceeded to defraud them of millions of rands in legal fees.
Enslin also used these phoney degrees to obtain membership of several non-statutory self regulatory associations.
This in itself is of grave concern that these associations accepted these fake qualifications at face value and did not do the necessary background checks with the educational institutions that purportedly issued these certificates.
Enslin is the focus of a multi-agency investigation with several serious charges having being laid against him, including fraud, forgery, uttering, money laundering, racketeering, impersonation of a lawyer, and presenting fake qualifications.
