VACANCY!! HR / PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR BRACKENFELL Titanium Securitas has a great opportunity for a HR/Payroll Administrator, looking to grow and learn.
This role requires a strong minded individual and someone who copes under pressure .
Requirements: - Security Industry (PSiRA) background - Easy roster experience
- Payroll administration experience - Bilingual - 3-5 years working experience Responsibilities will include: - Maintaining employee / payroll records - Auditing timekeeping records to ensure compliance (Easy roster) - Entering new hires into the payroll system - Recording and calculating payroll (SimplePay) - Processing terminations - Processing levies and garnishments - Preparing accounting transactions and documents - Documenting and updating procedures - Monthly submission for third parties - PSiRA engagements and terminations - Report to Financial Manger Salary: Market related and will be discussed with successful applicants.
