Eskom has implemented stage two load-shedding this morning.
The cash strapped power utility says it wants to manage emergency generation reserves and identify risks to the power system.
Eskom has been implementing stage two load shedding from last Thursday.
Spokesperson Sikhonathi Mantshantsha says more updates will be given this afternoon.
He says the country
