Brackenfell High School's application for an interdict to prevent the EFF from protesting at the school, has been postponed to Monday at the High Court in Cape Town.
It's unclear at this stage why the matter was postponed today.
The school's governing body brought the application on an urgent basis last
month, but the court did not grant urgent relief.
Early last month, chaos broke out outside the school when parents and members of the community clashed with protesting EFF supporters over allegations of racism.
Since then, the EFF held another protest near the school during which eight EFF supporters were arrested on charges of public violence.
The furore was sparked by a private matric farewell party which were attended by only white learners.
