Hout Bay police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing three year old girl, Cwenga Mbangi.
She was last seen by her mother yesterday afternoon (16h00) in Hout Bay.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing maroon velvet leggings, a pink and navy long sleeve
top and peach coloured sandals.
Police say Cwenga has dark eyes and is slightly built.
