Mum Finds Son Hanging: Dawncrest - KZN A 43 year old man was found hanging from a burglar guard by his mother at their residence on Jacona Close in Dawncrest this afternoon (Tuesday).
The Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) Operations Center received a call for assistance at approximately 16:38.
On
arrival Medics were directed to a bedroom where the man was found lying on the floor.
Upon assessment he showed no signs of life and was declared deceased.
It was established that t he belt used by the deceased to hang himself was cut by his mother prior to the arrival of first responders.
Circumstances surrounding the suicide has not been established.
