The Drotske family has asked South Africans to keep Naka in their prayers. This after Naka's brother, Tinus, confirmed that Naka is in Intensive Care (ICU) earlier on Wednesday.
Former Springbok hooker underwent two operations after he was shot in the chest, abdomen and arm during a home invasion in Kameeldrif last month.
Drotske was discharged last week Thursday to recover at his home.
Family spokesperson, Barabra Steenkamp, says Drotske is currently suffering from internal bleeding.
"With the shock to his body he required blood transfusion. He also suffers from adult respiratory stress syndrome with lung infection and multi organs dysfunction."
"Please pray for Naka Drotske, he is fighting for his life, in critical condition in ICU. I truly believe our Heavenly Father has got some bigger plans for him and his future." - Steven Drotske
